To return your rental unit, visit our Returns Portal and follow the standard returns process. Step-by-step instructions are included throughout the process of submitting your return.
Once your return has been approved and an RA number issued, you are free to ship your return with your carrier of choice. Return shipping charges are your responsibility and will vary by carrier service and location. We highly recommend getting a tracking number, since we can only issue refunds for tools that make it back! Please make certain to include all the original components with your return. Components that are lost or left out will be deducted from your refund at full retail value.
Please Note: Rental crimpers do not include cutters or drivers, which must be purchased separately and may not be returned once used.
