Order Options

Orders may be placed through our online store or by phone. Click on the SHOP link at the top of the page to get started. To request a quote or place an order over the phone call (812) 727-6563 Monday–Friday, 8AM–5PM EST.

Payment Methods

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. At this time we do not accept Paypal, personal checks, money orders, wire transfers or COD.

To avoid unnecessary delays with your order, please verify your billing information matches your credit card issuing bank records. Payment methods may be denied if your credit or debit card fails to pass the necessary authorization and verification process. If you’ve verified your information is correct and your payment method is still declined, please contact your bank.

Once your order has been approved, an authorization hold will be placed on your credit card. After final approval, your order will be shipped and your credit card charged. Your credit card statement will show a charge from P361 CABLE BULLET.

Modifications & Backorders

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified. Orders may be cancelled same day before 6 PM EST. Please contact us immediately if you would like to cancel your order.

If any items on your order are temporarily out of stock, or you need more than is currently available, you will be contacted by phone or email within one business day. In most cases we will have a re-stock date. You will also have the option to cancel your order at this time.

Order Confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation as soon as you have placed your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a second confirmation including tracking numbers if applicable. We do not charge your credit card until your order is shipped.
