Orders may be placed through our online store or by phone. To place an order over the phone, please contact us.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover through our online checkout and over the phone. At this time we do not accept Paypal or ACH debits. To safeguard against fraud we reserve the right to require a down payment before processing exceptionally large orders.
To avoid unnecessary delays with your order, please verify your billing information matches your credit card issuing bank records. Payment methods may be denied if your credit or debit card fails to pass the necessary authorization and verification process. If you’ve verified your information is correct and your payment method is still declined, please contact your bank.
Once your order has been approved, an authorization hold will be placed on your credit card. After final approval, your credit card will be charged and your order can ship. Your credit card statement will show a charge from SP * CABLE BULLET.
Payment by Check or Money Order
If you would like to pay by check or money order please contact us to place your order. Once your check has been deposited we will release your order to our warehouse. Please allow an additional 1-3 business days for processing.
Wire transfer payments may be arranged by request on orders of $5,000 or more.
Cable Bullet is licensed and required to collect state and local sales tax (where applicable) to shipping destinations in our home state of Indiana, as well as Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and Wisconsin. Any applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout after your shipping address has been entered. Please note that some states charge sales tax on shipping costs as well.
Modifications & Back-orders
Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified. Orders may be canceled the same day before 5 PM EST. Please contact us immediately if you would like to cancel your order.
If any items on your order are temporarily out of stock, or you need more than is currently available, we will contact you by phone or email within one business day. In most cases, we will have a re-stock date. You will also have the option to cancel your order at this time.
You will receive an email confirmation as soon as you have placed your order. Your credit card will be charged once the order has been fulfilled, and may be charged before fulfillment at the discretion of Cable Bullet. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a second confirmation including tracking numbers if applicable.
