Ordering & Payment
Orders may be placed through our online store or by phone. Click on the SHOP CABLE RAIL link at the top of the page to get started. To place an order over the phone, please call (812) 727-6563 Monday–Friday, 9 am – 5 pm EST.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover through our online checkout and over the phone. At this time we do not accept Paypal, personal checks, money orders, or COD. We may require a down payment or wire transfer for orders over $10,000. In these cases, we will cover any additional fees incurred in the transaction.
To avoid unnecessary delays with your order, please verify your billing information matches your credit card issuing bank records. Payment methods may be denied if your credit or debit card fails to pass the necessary authorization and verification process. If you’ve verified your information is correct and your payment method is still declined, please contact your bank.
Once your order has been approved, an authorization hold will be placed on your credit card. After final approval, your order will be shipped and your credit card charged. Your credit card statement will show a charge from SP * CABLE BULLET.
Cable Bullet is licensed and required to collect state and local sales tax (where applicable) to shipping destinations in our home state of Indiana, as well as Idaho, California, Colorado, Georgia, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Kansas, Virginia, Washington, and Wisconsin. Any applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout after your shipping address has been entered. Please note that some states charge sales tax on shipping costs as well.
Modifications & Back-orders
Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified. Orders may be canceled the same day before 5 PM EST. Please contact us immediately if you would like to cancel your order.
If any items on your order are temporarily out of stock, or you need more than is currently available, we will contact you by phone or email within one business day. In most cases, we will have a re-stock date. You will also have the option to cancel your order at this time.
You will receive an email confirmation as soon as you have placed your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a second confirmation including tracking numbers if applicable. Your credit card will not be charged until your order has shipped.
