Orders ship by UPS® or United States Postal Service (USPS) to the 48 contiguous United States, as well as Alaska, Hawaii, the Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico.
At this time we do not ship to addresses in American Samoa, Guam, or the Northern Mariana Islands.
We do our best to fulfill and ship all orders no later than the following business day. If we are unable to process your order for shipping within 1–3 business days, you will be notified by phone or email with details and given the option to cancel your order.
Available shipping methods will vary based on order size, volume, and destination.
Available shipping methods and applicable charges will be displayed at checkout prior to entering credit card or payment information.
Promotional free shipping is only available in the 48 contiguous United States. It is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, the Virgin Islands, or Puerto Rico.
UPS® does not deliver to P.O. boxes. If you place an order to a P.O. box address, your order will be placed on hold and you will be contacted and asked to provide an alternate delivery address.
Due to carrier limits on individual package weight, orders may be boxed and shipped in multiple packages at our discretion.
Orders for in-stock items will ship within 1–3 business days. If we are unable to ship your order in time you will be notified by phone or email and given the option to cancel your order your credit card is charged.
UPS expedited orders placed before 12 PM EST will ship the same day. Expedited orders placed after 12 PM EST will ship the following day. If we are unable to fulfill and ship your expedited order within this time frame you will be notified and given the option to modify or cancel your shipment.
All orders are shipped between Monday and Friday except on U.S. Holidays.
Orders shipped by UPS® Ground may take 1–4 business days to deliver within the 48 contiguous United States. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico will take 4–5 business days to arrive at their destination.
Please note that UPS delivery is available on weekdays only. Overnight orders placed before noon on Friday will be delivered Monday.
Orders that have already shipped can only be re-routed by dealing directly with UPS®. Visit www.ups.com and sign in at UPS My Choice® to change the delivery address of your package (additional UPS® charges may apply). You will have to sign in to UPS® My Choice with the incorrect shipping address in order to make any changes.
If you suspect your package may be lost, please call UPS® first and request a driver follow-up. If your package was signed for, UPS® will be able to give you a report on who accepted your package.
If your order was damaged while in transit, or if items on your order are missing, please contact us immediately. To file a successful claim with UPS® the original packaging must be kept on hand for verification purposes. To expedite the claims process, please provide digital photos of the damage to your order.
Once a claim is approved, we will either resend your order or provide a credit.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect shipping address, we can resend the order to your new address; however, you will be billed for any additional shipping charges.
If your order is refused and returned, or UPS® is unable to make arrangements for delivery, your order may be canceled without notification. You will be refunded the original purchase amount, less any applicable shipping and return delivery charges.
