By ordering Cable Bullet products, you understand and agree to our Terms and Conditions.

Domestic Shipments & U.S. Territories

Orders ship by UPS® or United States Postal Service (USPS) to the 48 contiguous United States, as well as Alaska, and Hawaii. Orders can also be shipped to Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Please note that while Puerto Rico qualifies as a domestic shipping address, the U.S. Virgin Islands are considered international shipping destinations.

Available shipping methods will vary based on order size, volume, and destination.

International Shipments to Canada

We've temporarily suspended shipping to Canada due to ongoing operational challenges with international shipments effective July 31, 2023. We are currently working to address these issues and hope to resume shipping to Canada in the future. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and we appreciate your understanding.

Shipping Charges

Available shipping methods and applicable charges will be displayed at checkout prior to entering credit card or payment information. Please note that these shipping charges do not include any applicable duties, taxes, and fees to any international destinations.

About Promotional Free Shipping

Promotional UPS® Ground free shipping is only available in the 48 contiguous United States. It is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, the Virgin Islands, or Puerto Rico.

Shipping Restrictions

UPS® does not deliver to P.O. boxes. If you place an order to a P.O. box address, your order will be placed on hold, and you will be contacted and asked to provide an alternate delivery address. Under the above circumstance, we also reserve the right to change your selected shipping method to an alternate carrier option.

Due to carrier limits on individual package weight, orders may be boxed and shipped in multiple packages at our discretion.

If your shipping address cannot be verified we will contact you immediately to resolve the issue and may place your order on hold.

Order Fulfillment & Ship Dates

All orders are processed and shipped between Monday and Friday except on U.S. Holidays.

Fulfillment times for in-stock items are listed in business days on the product page. If we are unable to ship your order within the stated time frame, you will be notified by phone or email and given the option to cancel your order before your credit card is charged.

Holiday Shipping Schedules

All carrier delivery estimates, including expedited services, may be subject to holiday delays. Please add one business day to your fulfillment and delivery estimate over the holidays. Visit our contact page for advanced notice of planned closures around U.S. holidays.

Expedited Orders

UPS expedited orders (Next Day Air, and 2nd Day Air) placed before 12 PM EST MondayFriday will ship the same business day. Expedited orders placed after 12 PM EST will ship the following business day. Next Day Air orders placed after 12 PM EST on Friday, will ship the following business day.

If we are unable to fulfill and ship your expedited order within the guaranteed time frame you will be notified and given the option to modify or cancel your shipment.

Delivery Times

UPS® Ground

Please note that UPS delivery is available on weekdays only! We do not offer a Saturday delivery option.

Orders shipped by UPS® Ground may take 14 business days to deliver within the 48 contiguous United States. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico will take 45 business days to arrive at their destination.

Next Day Air & 2nd Day Air Deliveries

UPS Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air orders placed before noon on Friday will be delivered by UPS the following Monday or Tuesday respectively.  

Re-Routing a Delivery

Orders that have already shipped can only be re-routed by dealing directly with UPS®. Visit www.ups.com and sign in at UPS My Choice® to change the delivery address of your package (additional UPS® charges may apply). You will have to sign in to UPS® My Choice with the previously entered shipping address in order to make any changes. Cable Bullet is not responsible for incorrect addresses or rerouted packages.

Lost or Damaged Deliveries

If you suspect your package may be lost, please call UPS® or USPS first and request a driver follow-up. If your package was signed for, the carrier will be able to give you a report on who accepted your package. Your carrier may choose to leave your package with a neighbor or in a concealed location around the delivery site to minimize the risk of theft and your package will be considered delivered.

If your order was damaged while in transit, please contact us immediately. Damage claims must be filed within 5 business days of order receipt. To file a successful claim, the original packaging must be kept on hand for verification purposes. To expedite the claims process, please provide digital photos of the damage to your order.

Once a claim has been filed and approved, we will re-send your order and deal with the carrier directly. You will not be held liable for orders damaged or lost while in transit if a claim has been filed.

Missing Deliveries

Unless otherwise requested, all orders are shipped "no signature required." UPS and USPS tracking results are considered valid proof of delivery. Once an order has been delivered it is your responsibility. You understand and agree that we will not assume liability for missing orders after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier and will not send a replacement order.

If theft is a concern, please call us when placing your order, or, if you have met the requirements for free shipping, select the "Signature Required" shipping method at checkout. If you are unable to accept delivery of your order on the expected delivery date, please make arrangements to have your order picked up and held by a neighbor or at your local carrier hub.

We reserve the right to require a signature upon delivery at our discretion.

Missing Items On a Delivery

Once you have received your delivery, please take a moment to check its contents against the packing list or invoice. It is your responsibility to confirm everything has been received in good order in a timely manner before the start of your project. Missing item(s) claims must be filed within 5 business days of receipt so that we can verify your claim against our inventory count and correct the mistake if necessary. If it is determined that there were no missing items, you understand and agree that we will not assume liability for the alleged missing item(s) after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier and will not replace the alleged missing item(s).

Returned or Refused Deliveries

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, we can resend the order to your new address; however, you understand and agree that you will be held responsible for and billed for any additional shipping charges.

If your order is refused and returned, or the carrier is unable to make arrangements for delivery, your order may be canceled without notification. You will be refunded the original purchase amount, less any applicable shipping and return delivery charges and restocking fees.
