Internal Splines for Any Handrail Configuration

To join handrail sections or mount handrail to posts, create a custom spline using spline stock or use a fixed corner spline for any level 90-degree corner. If necessary, use a structural epoxy to permanently fix your Delrin splines inside the handrail. For more information, check out How to Install Stainless Steel handrail on Venture Series Posts

6-Inch Spline Stock

Delrin plastic spline stock is available in 6-inch sticks and is intended to be cut down on-site and modified to create custom splines. Use a miter saw and deck screws as needed. One 6-inch stick is sufficient material to make 1-2 splines. Any custom Delrin spline should be supported by a structural post. Use Venture series handrail mounting screws to connect spline pieces.
